Abu Dhabi reconstitutes boards of ADIA and Mubadala

The Supreme Council for Financial and Economic Affairs has issued resolutions reconstituting the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and Mubadala Investment Company.

ADIA will be chaired by Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE National Security Adviser.

The other board members are Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court, Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan as Managing Director, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Member of Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Office, Khalil Mohammed Foulathi, Jassem Mohammed Al Zaabi, and Hamad Mohammed Al Suwaidi.

Meanwhile, Mubadala will be chaired by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Its other board members include Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Khaldoun Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority and Member of the Executive Council, who will sit as Managing Director; Suhail bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure; Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology; Abdulhamid Mohammed Saeed; and Saif Saeed Ghobash, Secretary-General of Abu Dhabi Executive Office.
