Emaar Properties and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) have announced a joint venture to develop Expo Living, a new residential community at Expo City Dubai.

The thoughtfully designed urban community aims to offer residents a modern lifestyle with seamless connectivity, exceptional experiences and tranquil living spaces.

The first phase, Terra Heights, has officially launched.

Located just a 15-minute walk from Expo City and the Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo Living places residents near key destinations.

It spans 451,295 square metres, with over 350,000 square metres dedicated to residential spaces. It will also feature Dubai Expo Mall, a modern shopping hub offering a range of retail, dining and leisure options.

The community will be centered around green parks, landscaped courtyards and fitness facilities, promoting a balanced lifestyle. Residents will enjoy outdoor pools, yoga decks, and barbecue areas, all designed to foster relaxation and social interaction.

Ahmed Al Matrooshi, Executive Director at Emaar Properties, highlighted that Expo Living’s prime location offers easy access to work, travel and leisure, making it a hub for modern urban living.

Amer Al Farsi, Acting Vice President at DWTC, emphasised that Expo Living aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, creating a premier, sustainable community that sets a new standard for connected living in the heart of Dubai.
