French President Emmanuel Macron is due to reveal his plans for dealing with the "yellow vest" crisis in a TV address on Thursday.

The speech had been scheduled to take place last week but was cancelled at the last minute due to the fire at Notre Dame Cathedral.

Macron will announce a reform plan following the end of a nationwide debate called after weeks of violent protests.
