Four new countries have been added to Abu Dhabi's 'Green List', allowing quarantine-free travel to the emirate.

They include Armenia, Jordan, Kuwait, and the Netherlands.

The changes will come into effect today, August 22.

Meanwhile, vaccinated travellers must take a PCR test on arrival and on day six.

Unvaccinated citizens, residents and visitors arriving into Abu Dhabi from Green List destinations are still not required to quarantine but must take a PCR test on arrival and another on days six and nine.

These rules were issued as part of an update from the Abu Dhabi Emergency, Crisis and Disasters Committee.

Those fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with the final dose received at least 28 days before travel, can travel to and from Bahrain, Greece, Serbia, and Seychelles without a mandatory quarantine.
