Experts say a three-year rental freeze in Dubai will add confidence and stability to the emirate's property market.

The Dubai Land Department recently said it's considering the idea after the signing of a lease agreement between landlord and tenant.

Lewis Allsopp, CEO of Allsopp & Allsopp, explains.

He says authorities could be mulling a three-year rental freeze because Dubai could soon see an influx of new expats.
