DHA launches e-licenses for healthcare professionals

The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has replaced printed licenses with digital e-licenses for healthcare professionals.

According to the DHA, this comes as part of its continuous efforts to implement Dubai's paperless strategy.

Officials have clarified that the transition will help medical professionals get their licenses immediately, rather than having to wait for up to five days to receive a physical license.

Healthcare workers can verify their e-license details for free online, on the Sheryan licensing system, by entering their existing barcode and pin number.
