Filmmakers will now be able to get permits to shoot in Dubai in three days. Dubai Film and TV Commission (DFTC) have announced that the processing time for filming permits in the emirate has been reduced. The step is aimed at easing the process and enhancing the city’s position as a production destination. DFTC have introduced a number of other initiatives this year, such as reducing costs for filming in government locations and lowering processing fees.
