Patients in Dubai will soon be able to rate their doctors through an online platform launched by the emirate’s health authority.
It will also allow users to book medical appointments and check treatment costs as well as insurance coverage details.
The first phase of DubaiHealthBooking.com and app are expected to go live later this month, while all private and public healthcare facilities will be linked to the smart system by the end of the year.
