Dubai Municipality shuts fitness centres, shisha cafe for breaking COVID-19 rules

Four establishments have been shut down in Dubai for not complying with COVID-19 precautionary measures.

The Municipality ordered the closure of a shisha cafe in Al Qusais, in addition to a laundry and two fitness centres in Al Barsha 1.

It also fined four outlets and issued warnings to 24 others during the latest round of checks.

The inspections covered a total of 2,314 establishments.
