Four of Dubai’s most iconic mosques will shine brightly with stunning light projections, offering a captivating visual experience for residents and visitors alike, during Ramadan.

The project called 'Anwaar Dubai' is led by Brand Dubai, the creative arm of the Government of Dubai Media Office.

As part of the #RamadanInDubai campaign, these breathtaking illuminations are now a key feature of the city’s celebrations.

The facades of the Jumeirah Grand Mosque, Al Khawaneej Mosque (Al Habbai), Sheikh Rashid Bin Mohammed Mosque (Al Hudaiba) and Zabeel Grand Mosque are transformed with vibrant, artistic lighting that showcases cultural heritage.

Using cutting-edge lighting technology, the mosques, along with their domes and minarets, are adorned with intricate patterns, blending perfectly with their architectural beauty.

The effects even extend to the mosque floors, creating an immersive experience that celebrates the spirit of Ramadan.

Shaima Al Suwaidi, Director of Brand Dubai, said that the initiative reflects the city’s commitment to merging art, technology and cultural expression to elevate the community’s experience during this special time of year.

Now in its second year, the Ramadan in Dubai campaign continues to shine a light on the city’s rich cultural heritage, thanks to collaborations with government, semi-government and private sector partners.
