People who've had issues getting their vaccination status or COVID-19 tests updated on the Al Hosn App have been urged to reach out to medical centres where they took the jab or test from.

The clarification came during the latest government media briefing, with the UAE health sector's spokesperson Dr. Farida Al Hosani highlighting that it's the responsibility of the medical care centres to provide accurate data to the Al Hosn app system.
