Leaders of UAE, Democratic Republic of Congo discuss bilateral relations

UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan reviewed bilateral relations and explored opportunities for further collaboration during a call with the leader of Democratic Republic of Congo, Felix Tshisekedi.

Sheikh Mohamed also congratulated Tshisekedi on his re-election and wished him continued success in leading his country.

On his part, Tshisekedi reaffirmed his commitment to collaboratively strengthen and develop the DRC’s relations with the UAE in ways that mutually benefit both countries.

The leaders also discussed a number of regional and international developments of mutual interest.
