No injuries after Sharjah dhow fire

No injures have been reported after a fire broke out on an empty dhow in Sharjah. 

Civil Defense say the incident happened in the emirate’s Khalid Lagoon at around noon on Friday. 

Firefighters were on the site within minutes to bring the blaze under control.

An investigation is now underway to determine the cause of the fire.
