UAE, Japan leaders discuss regional developments

The leaders of the UAE and Japan have held talks about ongoing regional and international developments.

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received a telephone call from Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on Tuesday night.

The two also discussed the current ties between their countries and ways of developing them across multiple sectors.

On Monday His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, held talks with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

The two met in Abu Dhabi to discuss the latest incidents that have posed threats to regional security.
