UAE President orders urgent aid for flood-hit Libya

The UAE's President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued directives to send urgent aid as well as search and rescue teams to flood-hit Libya.

The initiative aims to support the North African nation's efforts to deal with the floods triggered by Storm Daniel, which resulted in numerous deaths and injuries, and caused severe damage.

Sheikh Mohamed expressed his condolences and sympathy to the State of Libya, its people and the families of the victims of this tragedy.
