UAE vaccine doses cross 17.2 million

More than 17.2 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in the UAE so far.

Another 48,318 doses were given in the past 24 hours.

It takes the total to 17,245,815 with a distribution rate of 174.37 doses per 100 people.

Around 72.59 per cent of the UAE population is fully vaccinated, while 81.33 per cent has received the first dose.
