UAE's National Security Adviser receives Head of Mossad

The UAE has reaffirmed its commitment to the principles of peace and tolerance that will contribute to the enhancement of stability in the region.

This came during a meeting between National Security Advisor, H.H. Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and Yossi Cohen, Head of Israel's Mossad, who visited the UAE on Tuesday.

Sheikh Tahnoun praised Cohen's efforts that contributed to the success of the peace accord between the UAE and Israel.

He said the agreement would have a positive impact on achieving peace in the region as well as opening up opportunities for bilateral cooperation in several fields.

‏Sheikh Tahnoun also added that rapid scientific and technological progress required sincere quest for best possible practices and expertise from various countries.
