PRIZE COLLECTION PROCEDURE

If you win a prize on RADIO SHOMA, our prize department will get in touch with you over the phone, via SMS or email. Once you receive your confirmation call, here is what you need to do.

Prizes must be collected by the winners themselves by presenting their original ID. Prizes cannot be collected by someone else on their behalf. Parents may however collect prizes for their children by presenting a valid ID. Prizes must be collected within 4 weeks of winning.

If you have won a cash prize visit our office on Wednesday between 10am–1pm or 2pm–5pm. Cash must be collected by the winners themselves by presenting their original ID and cannot be collected by anyone else on their behalf. Cash must be collected within 4 weeks of winning.

Collection hours (all prizes except cash): 10am to 1pm or 2pm to 5pm on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Collection hours (cash prizes): 10am to 1pm or 2pm to 5pm on Wednesday only.
